The whiskey was matured in bourbon, sherry and pinot noir casks, giving it a complex spectrum of aromas. The bourbon casks add sweetness with hints of vanilla and caramel, while the sherry casks add fruity and spicy notes. Finally, the Pinot Noir finish gives the Green Spot Quails Gate a soft and pleasant taste nuance.
